I dont think this game will even drop out of the top 20 before it reaches 7 million... Some time this summer... People will buy this game side by side with SSBB or Wii. Everyone who buys a wii for brawl will want a single player game to play when friends aren't around. I think this phenom will affect TP, and MP3 to a degree also.. But SMG has the most hype and is the newest so I see it being the top choice. The only game that will cut into SMG's sale is Mario Kart. Message | Report |

Apparently SMG has just sold over 200,000 copies in Japan this week, so we could see sales of close to or over 600,000 this week. Superb game, and its sales have been stunning all over the world. If it has sold 3M so quickly, and its legs prove to be as long as most Nintendo and in particular Mario games are, then this game will easily become one of the biggest sellers of all time. The Zelda franchise, though extremely popular, always finishes a distant second to Mario, and so far Twilight Princess has sold over 5.5M copies between the Wii and the 'Cube. I really do think this game has the potential to sell 10M or more. If Mario 64 can do it, I am sure Galaxy can. Message | Report |

yes ac didn't do everything perfectly. But it has done some things better than any game before and pioneered technology that hopefully will be used in other games. Something which makes out a great game. Oh and despite some shortcomings it was an incredible fun game. Its gameplay was not as polished as mario that is true. But I like the ambitious games that have some failings more than the ones that play it save and succeed. I want devs to take some chances and push the envelope. But I think that comes down to taste. Best 3D Mario game. Eclipses Mario 64 and is way better than Mario Sunshine! I loved all the nostalgia elements this game has... like the music from SMB3 Airships, the SMB3 level 2 music, the return of some classic SMB series enemies: - Rocky Wrench from SMB3 - Bullet Bills from SMB1 - Torpedo Teds from SMW - Bob-ombs from SMB3 - Thwomps from SMB3 - those moving blocks from SM64 - Koopa Troopas from SMB1 - Boos from SMB3 - Wigglers from SMW - Magikoopas from SMW - Fire Bars from SMB1 - Pokeys from SMB2 Sadly there are no Shy Guys in this game. It will continue to sell well for a while for sure, im finding it pretty challanging, up to 85 stars atm, dont think ill make much past 100, theres already about 10 stars im finding very hard. Message | Report |

Really awesome game! What is so great about it is not the controls or the graphics or any other thing... It's just because it's incredibly fun! The levels are perfectly done and I really couldn't stop playing... It would be like "just on emore star and then i'll quit" but It would go on and on... I had to rate it 9 (but I would have given it 9.5 if given the chance) I didn't give it a 10 because the game is on the easy side (tough some levels are really tricky) and after playing Ratchet & Clank in HD... god Mario looks a bit dull on the graphics (still best graphics on Wii yet)... I just wish we can one day see Mario in does kinds of graphics and wow... I couldn't wish anymore! Message | Report |

This game is AMAZING! 25 stars right now and it is BY FAR ONE BILLION times better then Sunshine and 64, and I think it's just a bit under World! (my favorite Mario currently) I'm so happy that I got it before Christmas! I was with my Dad in the car after we drove my cousin and aunt to college, and then he said something to the effect of "You know, you've been really good recently, and I know you want that game so..." and then he pulled into the EBGames and he bought it for me! :O (even though I told him to let me buy it, he insisted. I never mentioned it all day and then suddenly he tells me that! I was so surprised) But yeah, it's so so awesome. I've been playing it for about 8 hours straight and I need to stop for a little bit. Who chose the colour scheme? This is ridiculous! Red on blue is completely unreadable, and gives people headaches, due to the difference in refractive indexes between the colours, your eye can't focus on both colours at once. I'm buying the game from Amazon and will get my copy about a week after its release since I chose free super saver shipping or otherwise known as free standard shipping. What's more, on VGChartz is says "most popular games" - no hint that you shouldn't vote for a game you haven't played. So, did you rate SMG 1/10, like you did with Dragon Quest Swords?
