Played this on PS3 and launch, sold it as it wasn't worth $60 to me, but I just bought it back for $10 on 360 today. It'll be fun to go through the achievements, and this really is a decent game. Message | Report |

This game did surprise me. I was excited about The Darkness, but i didn't know i would like it the way i did. The graphics are very good, the gameplay is enjoyable and the story is interesting, but the part part of it is its atmosphere. The world of The Darkness is so engaging that you simply don't want to leave it. It's one of those type of games that you don't want to end so quickly, just to stay a little longer on its universe, and when you do, you may very well come back. Message | Report |

This game was thoroughly entertaining, the swearing did get me after a while, but the gameplay was simply intoxicating. The perfect balence of using the darkness and everything to kill people. You find yourself falling back into the darkness for safety and sometimes it is simply demonic. Absolutely perfect presentation too. Message | Report |

A compelling story and intersting level layout make for a fun experience. Level layout remined me of Vampire Bloodlines. The game feels like it takes place in an actual city. The profanity was a little excessive but what you would expect from a typical mobster film. Its a good shooter with a good story to go along with it. If you have dark tastes in Gaming givit a spin it wont dissapoint. 8 out of 10. Message | Report |

Overall I loved this game. The delivery of the story was amazing, and every time you get bored of your darkness power, the game throws a new one at you to play with. The tantacles are a little cumbersome at first, but once you learn how they work, the controls are fine. This is not your average shooter, and the single player campaign alone is worth the price.
